New Comission for Scottish Ensemble and Pekka Kuusisto
Glowicka has been commissioned to write a new piece for the new commission for the internationally acclaimed Scottish Ensemble and the extraordinary young Finnish violinist, Pekka Kuusisto that is making his debut with the Ensemble. Since winning the Sibelius Violin Competition at the age of nineteen, Pekka's intensity, enthusiasm and virtuosity have stunned audiences around the world. This will be an extraordinary event during the Score! festival in Aberdeen.

Website of The Quasi Rublev Project has been launched!
The Website of Quasi Rublev project has been launched. This is a new staged performance that mixes live harpsichord with electronics and video clips whose source are the inspiration for the concept of the concert.
The famous bell making episode of Tarkovsky's movie Andrei Rublev is taken as the starting point for an investigation into the contemporary relevance of bells. The performance begins with electronic and harpsichord duos that set the tone for the shows exploration of the Bell in Tarkovsky's movie.

Project Quasi Rublev awarded
Glowicka's project Quasi Rublev received founding of Fonds Scheppende Toonkunst. The project with harpsichordist Goska Isphording, visual artist Mathis Nitschke is going to be developed into an hour long multimedia show.
